A man who was injured aboard a cruise ship off the Bahamas gets medically evacuated by a Coast Guard helicopter crew Jan. 13, 2012. The man, who fell 30 feet from one deck to another, was medevaced to Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands, by a Coast Guard Air Station Clearwater, Fla., helicopter crew deployed to the Bahamas.
