SAN FRANCISCO, - Maj. Gen. James M. 'Mike' Myatt, Marine Corps, retired, was presented with the Meritorious Public Service Award on November 16, 2011, by Vice Adm. Manson K. Brown, Coast Guard Pacific Area commander, for his extraordinary leadership during San Francisco Fleet Week 2011.
