Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 1 work together to overcome an obstacle station during the Leadership Reaction Course at Camp Shelby. The two-week course, taught by military and civilian instructors assigned to the 20th Seabee Readiness Group, prepares Seabees to become efficient leaders for their troops in a field environment.
