SACRAMENTO -- Petty Officer 1st Class Yusen Guo, an avionics electrical technician assigned to Air Station San Francisco, embraces his newly adopted dog, Lucky, after the dog arrived on a C-130 Hercules aircraft from Kodiak, Alaska, Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2011. Guo was working as translator aboard the Coast Guard Cutter Munro, homeported in Kodiak, when he was gifted the dog from the crew of a Chinese fishing vessel that found the dog on a pier two and half years ago.
