SAN PEDRO, Calif. - Coast Guard Rear Adm. Joseph "Pepe" Castillo, Eleventh District Commander, presents the Coast Guard Medal to Lt. Kenneth Miller during a ceremony, Oct. 15, 2011. While deployed to the Deepwater Horizon oil spill response, Miller saved the driver of a vehicle that had struck a concrete wall and was engulfed in flames.
