PANAMA CITY, Fla. - A Coast Guard MH-65C Dolphin helicopter crew from Aviation Training Center Mobile hoists a rescue swimmer and dummy, which simulates an injured person as part of a search and rescue exercise at the Panama City Marina, Oct. 7, 2011.
