KODIAK, Alaska - Coast Guard Petty Officer 2nd Class David Milligan, a boatswain's mate with Base Support Unit Kodiak, and Ian Fulp, the Kodiak Parks and Recreation manager, place a new headstone for Sgt. George Raymond McDonald in the Kodiak City Cemetery Sept. 16, 2011. Through a beautification project at the Kodiak City cemetery, Coast Guardsmen discovered McDonald's headstone was vandalized in 2009 and needed to be replaced.
