Staff Sgt. Jacob Hopkins, 407th Expeditionary Logistics Readiness Squadron non-commissioned officer in charge of the general purpose shop, lubricates the tire brim before mounting it on a rim, Aug. 22, 2008. A 10-ton roll back wrecker used by 40th ELRS Vehicle Operations to recover small and medium broken down vehicles, had worn down tires replaced so it remains in working condition and is ready at a moment's notice. Sgt. Hopkins is deployed from Royal Air Force Mildenhall, England.
