Navy Petty Officer 3rd Class Gerard Betancourt an anti-warfare systems operator watches the fuel gauges on a P-3 to assure its fuel tank is full, Aug. 22, 2008. The 407th Expeditionary Logistics Readiness Squadron Fuels Management Flight supports not only the Air Force, but is a critical asset for the Navy and Army providing the fuel needed 24 hours a day to ensure mission success. They are also responsible for distributing fuel to all of the power generators.
