CAPE MAY, N.J. - Petty Officer 2nd Class Michael S. Cameron Jr., was selected as the 2011 Coast Guard Firefighter of the Year and will be competing for the title of Military Firefighter of the Year in Atlanta on Aug. 26, 2011. Cameron a native of Niles, Mich., will complete his tour of duty at Coast Guard Training Center Cape May's Firehouse June 17, 2011 and will be transferring to Sector San Juan, Puerto Rico.
