A bright orange strand of dislodged boom presents a possible boating hazard in the waters off the coast of Terrebonne Parish, La., June 24. A Rapid Assessment Team, which included representatives from the Coast Guard and Environmental Protection Agency, was deployed to identify and mark the location of this strand so it could be picked up and redeployed by a booming team.
