PASCAGOULA, Miss. - The Waesche, the U.S. Coast Guard's second National Security Cutter, undergoes acceptance trials from Sept. 28 to Oct. 1, 2009, in waters off the Gulf Coast. The U.S. Navy's Board of Inspection and Survey tested Waesche's shipboard equipment, examined construction quality and evaluated adherence to contract specifications.
