Petty Officer 3rd Class Danny McDorman, from Coast Guard Station Sault Ste Marie, Mich., cleans mud off of the windows of an 18-foot Special Purpose Craft-Air, a fan propelled vessel designed to be able to operate in a minimum of six inches of water, before getting underway near the Thompson Bridge in Grand Fork, N.D., April 1, 2009. Responders from the Coast Guard, the Grand Forks County Sheriff's Department and the Fish and Wildlife Service safely transferred Minnkota Power Cooperative teams to downed power lines so that they could be repaired after the recent floodwaters devastated the area.
