LOWER NEW YORK BAY, NY - (May 21, 2008) - A U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps (NSCC) member stands watch from the flight deck aboard the U.S. Navy?s amphibious assault ship USS Kearsarge (LHD-3), while a U.S. Coast Guard 25-foot Secure All-around Flotation Equipped (SAFE) boat (foreground) and the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Bainbridge Island, homeported in Atlantic Highlands, NJ, a 110-foot Patrol Boat, provide security for the Kearsarge at anchorage in Gravesend Bay.
