    SAN FRANCISCO - Response team members with the Cosco Busan Incident use a fluorometer to test the amount of oil at different depths in Berkeley Marina Nov. 21, 2007.Three areas were surrounded by containment boom and used to test two oil-lifting chemicals on oiled rocks.
