    WASHINGTON, DC (Sep. 7, 2004)--With the U.S. Capital and the James Creek Marina in the background, Coast Guard Auxiliary Vessel 26191, homeported in Lighthouse Point, FL, patrols the Anacostia River in Washington, DC area. The 26191 deployed from Florida to the DC area for an extended period of time, in response to the heightened state of alert (Code Orange) that existed during the Summer, 2004. Coast Guard auxiliarists Richard Nugent of Alexandria, VA Flotilla 14-02 (standing) and Kathy Radosh (sitting) of Lighthouse Point, FL Flotilla 3-7 perform lookout duties, while auxiliarist Burnie Radosh of Annapolis, MD Flotilla 15-1 operates the boat.
