ATLANTIC OCEAN (July 24, 2011) - Two Senegalese marines climb out of the fish hold of a fishing boat during a fisheries law enforcement boarding that is part of a African Maritime Law Enforcement Partnership (AMLEP) mission with Coast Guard Cutter Forward (WMEC 911). AMLEP is a branch of the Africa Partnership Station (APS), that aims to increase resident host nation capabilities through the building of maritime safety and security on and off shore.
