Members of the New Bern Ballet Company perform the Christmas tale of "The Nutcracker" during the 3rd annual showing at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point's Two Rivers Theater and Event Center Dec. 6. More than 1,200 members from the local community came to view the show. The performance is based off the original ballet performance choreographed by "the father of classical ballet," Marius Petipa.
