Sgt. 1st Class Eddie Williammee, a native of Gatesville, Texas, who serves as platoon sergeant with Personal Security Detail Team, 3rd Platoon, Company D, Special Troops Battalion, 4th Infantry Division, Multi-National Division – Baghdad, provides security while another Soldier escorts members of the United States Embassy to their vehicles after a meeting in downtown Baghdad. The PSD is responsible for safely escorting personnel to and from their destination.
