    BALTIMORE - Petty Officer 2nd Class Tonya Mills, a crewmember aboard the Coast Guard Cutter James Rankin, a 175- foot buoy tender based out of Baltimore, picks up bottles and trash along the Curtis Bay, Md., shoreline for Earth Day, April 21, 2011. Mills filled several bags of trash during the clean up, which in total consisted of more than 2,000 pounds of tires and 20 cubic yards of trash.
