Joe Leidig, Deputy Commander, U.S. Sixth Fleet, addresses the crew of the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Dallas, Aug. 20, 2008, about their mission to bring humanitarian relief supplies to the Republic of Georgia for distribution to those affected by the conflict. Dallas is currently deployed in U.S. Sixth Fleet area of responsibility and is expected to arrive in Georgia within the coming week.
