Chief Warrant Officer Jennings Lantz, a Sanford, North Carolina native and parachute rigger for the 824th Quarter Master Unit, based at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, gives a parachute rigger hat to Brig. Gen. Daniel Schultz, a Dundee, Michigan native and commander for the 143rd Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), based out of Orlando, Fla., on Joint Base Balad, Aug. 20, 2008. Schultz visited JBB for the joint monthly access for reserve components, a program to gain first-hand knowledge on Operation Iraqi Freedom.
