A Coast Guard Air Station Sitka MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter crew transferred Elizabeth Rankain, a 40-year-old Skagway resident, to awaiting emergency medical personnel from Capital City Fire and Rescue at the Juneau International Airport who transferred her to Bartlett Medical Center at 6:53 p.m. March 13, 2011.
