KODIAK, Alaska - Coast Guard Petty Officer 2nd Class Rob Williams, an aviation survival technician with Air Station Kodiak, assists LifeMed Alaska emergency medical personnel and Coast Guard base Kodiak firefighters Dec. 3, 2010, by lifting a crewmember to the LifeMed Alaska aircraft for transport to Anchorage. The crewmember was aboard the 866-foot Liberian flagged container ship Apl Xingang and needed a medevac after reportedly fracturing his left arm.
