BUFFALO, N.Y. - A U.S. Coast Guard 25-foot Response Boat-Small and crew from Station Buffalo escort the tug Ohio, pushing a barge carrying windmill parts, on the Buffalo River Nov. 12, 2010, after being called to help when six protest boats reportedly blocked the passage of the Ohio and another tug en route to help get the barge underway. The protesters were fighting for the rights of Iron Workers Local Union 6 by blocking the passage of the tugs, which is against federal law, because they were being operated by out-of-state workers.
