JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Chief Petty Officer John F. Costabile, a boatswain's mate stationed aboard the Coast Guard Cutter Campbell, homeported in Portsmouth, N.H., is congratulated by Daniel B. Branch Jr., national president, Navy League of the United States, after being presented with the Douglas A. Munro Inspirational Leadership Award and earned an automatic merit promotion to chief petty officer Friday at the Navy League of the United States 2010 Convention in Jacksonville.
