MOBILE, Ala. - Petty Officer 3rd Class Nicole DeClark, a Sector San Francisco reservist, and Petty Officer 2nd Class Mallory Stonehouse from Coast Guard Sector Jacksonville, Fla verify T-cards against a database at the Incident Command Post in Mobile Al, in support of the Deepwater Horizon Response. T-cards track all 863 coast guard personnel (active, reserve, civilian and auxiliary) assigned to ICP Mobile.
