WASHINGTON - Casey and Chris Culbertson, the son and daughter of Coast Guard Petty Officer 1st Class Edgar Culbertson, attend the annual candlelight vigil held at the National Law Enforcement Officers' Memorial May 13, 2010. Their father lost his life while trying to rescue three teenagers in Duluth, Minn.
