The Coast Guard Cutter Waesche transits through the San Francisco Bay with the San Francisco Fire Department tug boat and an MH-65 Dolphin Helicopter from Coast Guard Air Station San Francisco en route to its new home port in Alameda, Calif., Feb. 28, 2010.
