KODIAK, Alaska - The Coast Guard Cutter Acushnet, homeported in Ketchikan, conducted a boarding on the Kodiak-based fishing vessel Topaz 14 miles east of Cape Chiniak near Kodiak Island Jan. 14, 2010.
