ANCHORAGE, Alaska - Coast Guard Petty Officer 2nd Class Stephen Clogston, avionics electrical technician and navigator, pulls a pallet of frozen silver salmon fillets onto a Coast Guard HC-130 Hercules aircraft at Elmendorf Air Force Base Dec. 28, 2009.
