    ARCTIC OCEAN - George Durner, a polar researcher from the U.S. Geological Survey, hands vials to Christina Galvin, a science teacher from the Hayward, Calif. sent to the Arctic through a program called Polar Trek, after collecting blood samples from a polar bear cub.
