A Coast Guard Station Eastport, Maine, 25-foot response boat crew helped rescue a 21-year-old man who fell 20-to-25 feet off a pier near the station in Eastport Harbor Sunday, Aug. 2, 2009. The man suffered lacerations to the right knee and experienced a cold shiver from being in the water, which was 53 degrees Fahrenheit. The injuries were not considered life-threatening.
