GRAND HAVEN, Mich. -- Rear Adm. Steven Day, the Coast Guard Atlantic Area Deputy Reserve and Mobilization Chief, Rear Adm. Peter V. Neffenger, Commander, Ninth Coast Guard District and Vice Adm. Robert J. Papp Jr. are presented with awards for their military service at the Tri-Cities Dinner, Thursday, July, 30, 2009. The Tri-Cities Dinner was an event held as part of the Grand Haven Coast Guard Festival during which the Governments of Grand Haven, Ferrysburg and Spring Lake showed their appreciation for the men and women of the U.S. Coast Guard.
