SAN FRANCISCO - ASTC Miles Beardsley holds the Coast Guard ensign over San Francisco Bay on May 13 to honor the Honolulu-based helicopter crew who perished in an accident in September 2008. The Coast Guard ensign also was hoisted over a Coast Guard utility boat while underway in San Francisco Bay.
