ANCHORAGE, Alaska - Navy Supervisor of Salvage personnel along with Coast Guardsmen from Sector Anchorage and members of the 611th Air Support Group/Civial Engineering Squadroin from Elmendorf Air Force Base carve troughs through ice to help extract oil from below the frozen surface Febuary 25, 2009 as part of a joint training exercise for ice operations.
