A HIPPO, water tank rack, helps provide water to Company A, 2nd Battalion, 30th Infantry Regiment Soldiers assigned to Joint Security Station Oubaidy, Aug. 13, 2008. The HIPPO consists of a 2,000 gallon, hard-walled water tank rack with an integrated water pump. The HIPPO is fully functional whether mounted on its prime mover or dismounted and is mobile even when filled to capacity.
