(August 8, 2008) COAST GUARD TRAINING CENTER PETALUMA, Calif. - Capt. Brian J. Marvin and Capt. Christopher J. Hall greet the crew during an inspection of the honor platoon. Capt. Hall assumed command of the training center, replacing Capt. Marvin today in a change of command ceremony held here today. The Training Center graduates the Coast Guard's proud new Chief's, cooks, medics, storekeepers, yeomen, as well as information technology, electronics, and operational specialists.
