Aerial transporter, Staff Sgt. Chris Droegemueller, assists National Independent States Field Operations Director, Sergey Khomchenko, in locating medical supplies in the second shipment of humanitarian aid, Aug. 14, 2008, to an airport in Tbilisi, Republic of Georgia. The delivery was a joint-service effort between U.S Army Europe Soldiers, U.S. Air Forces Europe and Air Mobility Command Airmen. Sgt. Droegemueller is assigned to the 86 Contingency Response Group at Ramstein Air Base, Germany. Mr. Khomchenko represented COUNTERPART, a community and humanitarian assistance program based in Tbilisi.
