DUTCH HARBOR, Alaska -- March 28, 2008 -- Capt. Mike Rand, USCG, Chairman of the Marine Board of Investigation, with Mr. Liam LaRue, NTSB, offer condolences to Julio Morales and James Madruga both crew of the Alaska Ranger.
