Sgt. 1st Class Richard Hill takes a knee and pulls security while on patrol in the northwestern Baghdad neighborhood of Shulla, Aug. 2, 2008. Just a few months ago, Shulla rattled with fighting between coalition forces and special group criminals. Now, the area is quiet and looking toward a future of continued peace and growth. Hill serves as the platoon sergeant for 1st Platoon, Company B, 1st Battalion, 502nd Infantry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), Multi-National Division - Baghdad.
