(Oct. 16, 2007) NAGOYA, Japan - An HH-65 helicopter lands on the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Boutwell, after commencing medical evacuation training with the Japanese Coast Guard Cutter Shiraito. The Boutwell is currently deployed as U.S. Coast Guard representatives in the North Pacific Coast Guard Forum (NPCGF). This forum was developed to combat illegal fishing and increase international maritime safety and security on the Northern Pacific Ocean and its borders.
