(Sept. 21, 2007) PETROPAVLOVSK, Russia - Petty Officer 3rd Class Edward Poole, from the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Boutwell, helps a fellow crewmember down the ladder after training with the Russian Border Guard on how to combat onboard fires as well as a joint-agency man overboard search here. The Boutwell arrived here on Sept. 18, to represent the U.S. Coast Guard in the North Pacific Coast Guard Forum (NPCGF).
