(Sept. 20, 2007) PETROPAVLOVSK, Russia - Seaman Alfredo Garibay (Blue Jersey), from the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Boutwell, brings the ball up field while playing the Russian Border Guard in a soccer game here. The crew from the Boutwell lost a hard fought game 6-1, while representing the U.S. Coast Guard in the North Pacific Coast Guard Forum (NPCGF).
