(Aug. 21, 2007) ONBOARD THE USCGC BOUTWELL - The crew from the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Boutwell, trains for a helicopter crash on their flight deck on Tuesday here. The crew is training for their next port call at Yokosuka, Japan, as they represent the U.S. Coast Guard as part of the North Pacific Coast Guard Forum (NPCGF).
