    WOODS HOLE, Mass. - Petty Officer 2nd Class Shawn Woodbrey mans his watch position on the Coast Guard Cutter Tybee during a ceremony at Sector Southeastern New England in Woods Hole, Mass., May 17 to recognize the cutter's transition back to active commission status.
