'Unity' was the theme at the commencement ceremony for the Southern Kirkuk Civil Service Corps, which will train and employ 500 citizens in four districts effecting over 20 villages in the southern portion of the Kirkuk province. Key Iraqi security forces leadership, coalition force representatives, and local tribal and government officials attended the event, August 11, 2008, in the city of Kirkuk. The program is being facilitated by Soldiers of the 2nd Battalion, 22nd Inf. Regt., 1st Brigade, 10th Mountain Division.
