GEORGETOWN, Guyana - ( June 13, 2006) L.t. j.g. Eric Willis, an IPS team member assesses a pier at a Guyanese shipping facility. Willis was part of a Coast Guard delegation that visited 5 port and shipping facilities in South America as part of an effort to reach out to foriegn countries and share best practices on port security.
