PENOBSCOT RIVER, Maine (Feb. 13, 2007)--The 65-foot Coast Guard Cutter Tackle, homeported in Rockland, Maine, breaks ice on the Penobscot River February 13, 2007. The Tackle's primary mission in the winter is breaking ice. The harbor tug is also responsible for maintaining aids to navigation the remainder of the year.
