FLAMINGO CAY, Bahama (Apr. 27)--(L) A Coast Guard physician's assistant from Air Station Clearwater, Fla. and a Bahamian doctor care for the migrants on the beach at Flamingo Cay Apr. 27. The Coast Guard medically evacuated 68 of the migrants who were suffering from dehydration and exposure. The Coast Guard and the Bahamian Government continue to coordinate efforts to rescue over 300 migrants stranded on Flamingo Cay after their boat grounded nearly aweek ago.
